ПОСТУПЦИ ЗА РЕВИЗИЈУ ЛИСАБОНСКОГ УГОВОРА

Члан 48 Уговора о ЕУ садржи правила за ревизију оба дела Лисабонског уговора, као и свих протокола и анекса уз тај уговор. Поред процедуре која је уз одређене разлике постојала и у свим ранијим оснивачким уговорима, чл. 48 Уговора о ЕУ предвиђа и неке нове ревизионе поступке. У ст. 2–5 регулисана је редовна процедура, која се јавља у два облика – као пуна и скраћена, док су у ст. 6 и 7 регулисане две варијанте поједностављене процедуре. Поред тих процедура, Лисабонски уговор познаје још неколико специфичних поступака за измену појединих одредаба оснивачких уговора. Такође, ревизија оснивачких уговора може се извршити и приликом приступања или иступања држава из чланства ЕУ.
